Visa-Free Countries for an Indonesian Passport
What Visa-Free Entry Means
Visa-free entry means an Indonesian passport holder can enter the destination for tourism without applying for a visa first. Immigration clearance on arrival still applies, and the officer can still admit or refuse you.
The length of stay listed for each country is the maximum granted on arrival. It counts from the day you arrive and cannot be extended at the immigration counter.
List of Countries
Twenty destinations let you in without a visa, eight of them ASEAN members. The search field finds a country by name, and the filters show a single group.

Requirements That Still Apply on Arrival
Visa-free entry only removes the visa itself. The immigration officer can still ask for the following when you arrive, and you can be refused entry if you cannot show them.
- A passport with enough validity left. {Minimum passport validity} is the period most of these countries apply.
- A return or onward ticket departing within the permitted stay.
- The address where you stay on the first night.
- Proof of enough funds for your visit, if asked.
If Your Destination Is Not Listed
A destination that is not on this list needs a visa, either applied for before you leave or issued when you arrive.
