Updated 26 August 2026Visa & Document Team

Adult Applicants

Bring the ORIGINAL of every document below, including those only requested as a photocopy. The immigration officer still checks each copy against its original. Documents go to our document division; you do not hand them in at the immigration office yourself.

Documents for adult applicants. A copy means a photocopy is handed in, and the original is still shown at the counter.

  3. Attend in personPhoto, fingerprints, and a short interview at the immigration office, with all original documents. Applicants under 17 must come with both parents.
  4. Passport issuedWithin the processing period you chose, counted from the photo appointment, not from the day you submitted the documents.
