Visas We Cannot Process for You Yet
Scope of This Page
For most destinations your visa is lodged through our team: the documents are collected, checked against the embassy’s latest requirements, submitted, and your passport comes back with the visa in it. For a few countries this is not possible yet. This page lists them so you know the limit while planning, not right before you fly. When a visa cannot go through us, the trip usually still works, what changes is who submits the application.

The list will be published in the same form as the pages beside it: the destination, the reason, and the alternative available.
Why an Application Cannot Go Through Our Team
The limits below are procedural. In each case the requirement comes from the destination’s embassy, not from us.
- You have to appear in person. When biometrics or an interview are required, no one can attend for you. We can still help prepare and check your file.
- There is no embassy in Indonesia. The application has to be lodged in a third country, which affects the timeline more than the documents.
- Visa services are temporarily suspended at the embassy, for one category or all of them.
- The category is outside what our team can lodge. Work, study, and residence applications are usually submitted by the applicant directly.
Services That Remain Available
A visa we can't submit doesn't mean your trip is off. Our team can still check your documents against the embassy's latest requirements before you apply, arrange flights and hotels around your appointment, hold the itinerary while the decision is pending, and rework it if the date changes.
